Nbajii's Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform User Guide

Nbajii (nbajii.click) is an online gaming and betting platform. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between Nbajii and each user.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Nbajii does not charge any transaction fees, though your payment provider may.

All bonuses and promotional offers on Nbajii are subject to the general terms below. Where an individual offer carries its own terms, those will also apply.

• Each bonus offer comes with a wagering requirement (a condition to bet x times). The bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.

• Bonuses cannot be shared or transferred.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Nbajii reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In live betting, bets may occasionally be rejected due to network delays.
• Any bet found to be connected to match fixing or score manipulation will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and event.

Nbajii reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits for any user, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nbajii and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Creating unusual betting patterns with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Any form of hacking, use of bots, or system manipulation through software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds.
• Harassing other users or spreading false information.
• Opening or operating an account using someone else's identity.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

Nbajii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If KYC verification fails or false documents are submitted.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If you wish to close your account at your own request.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. Balances in inactive accounts may gradually decrease — contact support for details.
